Steps to Restore Factory Settings

 

1.Android

 

• On a Pixel 2 XL

1. Tap the Settings icon

2. Swipe up to scroll down 

3. Tap System.

1. 4. Hit Reset options.
2. 5. Select Erase all data (factory reset).
3. 6. Swipe up to scroll down to the bottom of the page.

1. 7. Hit the Reset phone button.
2. 8. Enter your device PIN and select Continue.
3. 9. Tap Erase everything.

   

        

        2. IOS  

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap your Apple ID.

3. Tap iCloud

4. Tab iCloud Backup.

5. Tap Back up Now.

6. Tap iCloud.

7. Tap Applle ID

8. Tap Setting.

9. Scroll down and tap Gerenal.

10. Scroll down and tap Reset.

11. Tap Erase all Content and Setting.

12. Enter your passcode.

13. Tap Erase iPhone. 

14. Wait for the iPhone to reset.

15. Follow the on-screen prompts.

16. Tap Restore from iCloud Backup

17. Log in with your Apple ID.
