             RESOLVE INTERNET NOT WORKING ISSUES

• Trusted Site Settings               

1. On the Internet Explorer toolbar, click the tool () icon, and then select Internet options.

    2. On the Internet Options window click the Security.

   3.  Select the Truspdte otion, and click then click Sites. 

  

   4.  In the Add this website to this one box, type the name of the website, and then click Sites.

 

NOTE: To dd websites without https prefix to the zone, clear the Require server verification (https :) for all sites in this zone box.

• Proxy Setting 

1. On the Internet Explorer toolbar, click the Settings () icon.

     2. On the Internet Options window click the Connections tab.

    3.  Select click the LAN settings button.

  4.  In clear the Automatically etect dsettings check box.

  5.  Select Use a proxy server for your LAN check box , and then in the  Address box, type the IP             address for the proxy server.

  

NOTE: Enter port number if it's different from default port number 80.

6.  Click OK.
